Stuart H. Grayston Stuart H. Grayston has been a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 2002. He was President of USA Risk Group (Bermuda) Ltd. and its subsidiary companies from November 2001 until his retirement from USA Risk Group on August 31st 2010. He was founder and President of Grayston Consulting Services, and served as President of Frank B. Hall (Bermuda) Ltd. and CEO of their worldwide Alternative Market Division, including captive management operations in Bermuda, Cayman, Vermont and Colorado. Additionally, he served as President of Skandia Insurance Management and Hanna Insurance Management in Bermuda, as well as owning and operating his own management company. He remains active in the insurance and reinsurance arena.

He was the Chief Operating Officer of CNA Risk Services Ltd. from 1994 through 2005. Since his arrival in Bermuda in 1988, he has been engaged in various aspects of the captive insurance industry from public auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers to the establishment and management of captive insurance companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University College Galway, Ireland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Kyle Nieman is President of AmerInst Professional Services, Ltd. He has over 25 years of experience as a senior executive in the insurance industry. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of distribution strategy at CNA, where he led the management of agency/broker relationships and cross-sell strategies.      ...more
His prior experience was in underwriting, where he was responsible for a $250 million portfolio of professional liability business, which included the AICPA-endorsed professional liability insurance program. Mr. Nieman began his career at Crum and Forster where he held positions in both claims and underwriting. He holds a BS degree in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

CPA and Principal of Lewis & Knopf, P.C. He has served as a director of the Company since May 2007.

David N. Thompson
Chief Executive Officer of E-Insure Services, Inc. and President of Insure Specialists Services, Inc. He has been a director of the Company since July 1998 and Assistant Secretary since September 1999.
