Officers:
Chairman: Thomas Lillie
Mr. Lillie, CPA, PFS, has been a director since 2007 and chairman since 2022. Tom is a current employee of Lewis and Knopf, P.C., where he has been employed since 1974. His experience includes audit of non-public companies, preparation of audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements; preparation of corporate, personal, estate, trust and partnership tax returns; assisting with business startups and consulting with businesses to help them increase their net income, future value and develop business succession plans. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to being a CPA, Mr. Lillie is an AICPA Personal Financial Specialist.
Vice Chairman: Jerome A. Harris
President and Chief Executive Officer: Joseph P. Murphy
Joseph Murphy, CPA, has been a director since October 2020. Until his retirement in 2020,
Mr. Murphy was employed by Murphy Dougherty & Company, a public accounting firm that he started in
Northeastern Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs and, until his retirement, a long time member of the American Institute of CPAs. Mr. Murphy is the Treasurer of the Abington Wastewater Sewer Authority, which serves three municipalities in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He also served on the finance council of his church for over 25 years.
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer: Thomas R. McMahon
Tom has been Vice President and Treasurer of the Company since 2008, and President, a director and a shareholder of Citadel Management Bermuda Limited (formerly Cedar Management) since 2005. He was the Chief Operating Office of CNA Risk Services Ltd. from 1994 to 2005. Since his arrival in Bermuda in 1988, he has been engaged in various aspects of the captive insurance industry from public auditing with PWC to the establishment and management of captive insurance companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University College Galway, Ireland, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
